Hey, I’m Jules—here’s a little about me…

I’m an adventurous soul from Scotland with a big heart and an appetite for fun. You’ll find me happiest in nature.

For years, I worked in media and events, living a fast-paced lifestyle. I didn’t grow up with any particular faith, but I always felt like I was searching for something more. That longing led me to yoga. Over the years, I’ve explored many forms of yoga and spiritual practices, traveling and deepening my connection beyond asana. My personal practice has become a moving prayer, and sharing this with others brings me so much joy.

To me, yoga is a deeply spiritual practice—a tool for connecting with a more peaceful part of yourself, a higher source. I’m passionate about helping others discover this connection, whether through asana, music, nature, ceremony, dance, or song. It’s all yoga. My intention is to share light, in the hope that it ripples out into goodness in your life, and the lives of others.

I’ve been through my own journey with the body—chronic lower back pain, broken bones, major surgery, and a long road of recovery. These experiences have forced me to slow down, deepening my understanding of healing, movement, and presence. Yoga has been my greatest teacher in this, and I believe that’s reflected in my teaching style—yoga for everyone.

Bringing all of these elements together to create nourishing, soulful gatherings is my passion.
